Dear Chair Stevenson and Commissioners:
I know this project has been before the ARC, and my request might be irrelevant because I am asking if the proposed
building colors, shown on pages PC2-12 through 16, can be lightened up and varied from the dark gray. The use of dark
gray is intimidating and presents a hostile appearance; this is supposed to be an inviting place to visit and learn. I hope
that you agree and will ask that the colors be limited to the mid-range of color brightness, from light to middle tones of
gray and other compatable colors. This change will make the facility much more "community friendly." Thank you.
