Subject: Parking garage
I would like to express my support for a new parking building on the corner of Nipomo and Palm. However, I would like
to see the downtown shuttle incorporated into the plan so that seniors and those with low mobility can park there and
take the shuttle to downtown locations. Otherwise, the parking garage effectively shuts out those who can't walk that
distance. Perhaps there could be loading areas downtown in proximity to shops, so that those who can't carry bags
could stop near a store to pick them up.
