I urge adopting Alternative 1, no project. There are too many uncertainties to proceed with this project at this time. The
City has tremendous unfunded liabilities, the need for parking is at the opposite end of downtown, both the Broad St
dogleg and bike boulevard are unresolved, there is no justification for favoring the Little Theater over the San Luis
Obispo Museum of Art. There are multiple additional concerns re Historic Resources, noise, traffic, neighborhood
compatibility, appropriate use (commercial/office/residential).
There is no urgency, let things settle down with all the current and pending development and fiscal conditions so that a
thorough evaluation can be made based upon actual conditions vs speculation.
