Avila Ranch LLC, will be allowed to continue the destruction of our local
enviroment. Most notably, adding to the thick layer of smog very visable
from the outskirts of San Luis Obispo - that now hangs over the city; dur-
ing construction, occupation, maintenance.
Avila Ranch LLC, will most likely dissolve and disappear, when the'" City
of San Luis Obispo ", is hit with the - obligatory and historically pre-
cedented - lawsuit, for signing off do a housing sub -division, at the
end of a airport runway; on which commercial jets, are taking off from,
early in the a.m, to late in the p.m., at 140 decibels.
Everyone involved in signing off on this proposed project. Will ,justify
their actions, by citing an alleged housing shortage. ?Nhat they are really
signing off on, is adding more people to San Luis Obispo - to the detri-
ment of the enviroment, farmland, quality of life, safety, resources.
