REGULAR MEETING
CANCELLATION NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the rescheduled Jack House Committee meeting of April 18, 2018,
has been cancelled.
The next regular scheduled meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 5:30 p.m.
Regular notification will be posted and the agenda for both meetings will be made available at
the Parks & Recreation Department Office, 1341 Nipomo St. and on the City's website at
www.slocity.org.
AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
I, Shelly Stanwyck, declare as follows:
That the above referenced meeting was cancelled as indicated; and
That a copy of this Notice of Cancellation will be posted at a conspicuous place near the door
of the room at which the above -referenced meeting is to be held within 24 hours of said
cancellation.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
