Dear San Luis Obispo Tree Committee:
Due to my not transferable, not public, birthrights to San Luis Obispo County, and current Cease and
Desist Order I have in process effecting the entire County, I am putting a continued moratorium on
removing items guaranteed protection, including: monuments, historical items, trees,
native/endangered species, and sacred land/archeological items, as well as, on all new
building/construction projects, other than standard maintenance. Not limited to.
Furthermore, the Ficus Tree noted for discussion today regarding removal, appears to need only
trimming (maintenance). Otherwise, I will need to review the matter further at a later time.
I am currently dealing with under assisted emergency circumstances, and am not currently available
for discussion. I can be contacted at mscarolynnevling@yahoo.com, or at the address listed below, to
set up an appointment, or to send me feedback in the meantime.
Thank you for your prompt compliance to this mandatory moratorium.
Regards,
Ms. Carolyn E. Nevling (Yise)
