Please provide an update on Project ARCH‐0722‐2017, Modification to project previously
approved by ARC, address 1135 Santa Rosa Street. From what I could find on City website, the
ARC Regular Meeting agenda dated November 13, 2017 indicates an ARC Subcommittee was to be
formed to review revised plans as directed by City Council at their October 17, 2017 meeting and
Resolution No. 10839.
It has been 6 months since direction to form this subcommittee was made. I see no change in the
physical appearance of the subject building at 1135 Santa Rosa Street. So what is going on with
this subcommittee? I cannot find any subcommittee meeting minutes on your website. I sent
comments on this project to City Council back in early October 2017, and there is still no change in
the building’s exterior appearance!
