SUBJECT:Zoning Regulations Update Revised Attachment 2, and digital versions of the
draft regulations in track changes and a clean version.
REVISED OUTLINE
Attachment 2 of theZoning RegulationsAgenda Report included a previous version of the outline
for the Zoning Regulations. Staff has amended the outline and provided a revised attachment to
this memorandum, please refer to the revised outline to assist in navigating which sections have
been located under each of the Articles.

draft regulations havebeen provided in track changes and a clean version (without track changes)
to assist in reviewing the document.

The current Table 9 notes were relocated to
chapters addressing specific zones (Article 2) or
specific uses (Article 4); cross references will be
provided in the “Specific Use Regulations” in Table 9
once all section numbers have been finalized.
This section includes provisions for prohibited uses
in current 17.22, elsewhere in the Zoning
Regulations, and as directed by City staff

document, the comprehensive reorganization
makes it appear that the parking regulations
were completely revised when many were just
relocated. The key revisions focused on Table 6
and requirement for a special study for parking
reductions.
