Bravo to you for reading my letter to the very end. You were indeed correct. I carelessly
sent the letter before deleting an excerpt from the Supplemental Environmental Impact
Report which I had previously appended to the letter. Ignore this excerpt. Anyway, I am
encouraged that some of you are reading my emails and hope you will take note of my
concerns.
