Dear SLO Planning Commissioners, “Your Story . . . .”
My partner and I live in San Luis and have been renting for the last few years. We have been looking to buy for most of
that time and have had no luck finding something that wouldn't strain our budget to the point of being "house poor".
We love living in San Luis and would love to stay but with the costs of buying here, unless there is a more affordable
solution soon, we'll probably have to leave the city and move to North County or the Five Cities area. San Luis Ranch
sounds like a very exciting opportunity and we hope it works out.
