Dear SLO Planning Commissioners,
My wife and I are extremely excited about the San Luis Ranch!
As first time home buyers, we’ve been searching for the right fit for a long time.
Unfortunately, San Luis Obispo has proven to be extremely expensive.
That is until Coastal Community Builders introduced the San Luis Ranch, giving us
hope for affordable living in the town we love.
We have been in San Luis Obispo Community for over 15 years, both working for the
San Luis Obispo Superior Court.
We look forward to being a part of the San Luis Ranch and having the opportunity to
continue to reside in this wonderful community.
