Good afternoon,
I wanted to take this time to talk about the importance of new communities such as San Luis Ranch. I am middle age
professional who just got married and lives and works in SLO, even though I have a decent paying federal salary I still
cannot afford to buy what property is available in the area. I see new hotels and businesses being built but what about
the residents of SLO? I think we need to take better care of our residents. New affordable and environmentally
conscious projects (with solar panels, farming) like San Luis Ranch and Avila Ranch is what the community really needs
and has be a priority. I say we need to think of our residents first and start taking better care of them. Thank you!
