Dear SLO Planning Commissioners,
I grew up on the central coast and I now live in Arroyo Grande and work in San Luis Obispo. I make a decent wage but I
can’t afford the rent in SLO for my family, and frankly, I don’t know how anyone can. Please consider expanding
affordable and workforce housing as this is the only way I would ever be able to afford to live in the same city I work in
which will increase productivity, cut down on auto pollution, give my family better financial stability which translates
into social security.
