Subject:I Support San Luis Ranch
Dear Planning Commission
As a San Luis Obispo community member, I would like to voice my support for the San Luis Ranch development. I am 31
years old, my wife and I have lived on the Central Coast for over 10 years and we now have a 1 year old son. We both
graduated from Cal Poly and currently have well paying salaried jobs in SLO, her with Cal Poly and me with Sunrun. We
have been home owners since 2014 in Atascadero but have been looking for years to try and find a home large enough
to support a family of 4 or more. The housing prices on the entire central coast are pushing us to the brink of our
budget. Not only that but many of the companies I have interviewed with over the years have left because the
community can not support their workers. Please do something about this housing crisis on the central coast!
