My name is Ashlan Cate and my fiancé Nilsen rent in San Luis Obispo. We both work full time in San Luis and love living
in this area. We feel these new houses would create new opportunities for young couples that want to purchase in SLO.
It’s crazy how expensive renting is in this area and it would be amazing to see some growth in housing.
Born and raised in this town, it would be nice to see these homes get built and go to young families that are in love with
this area and have lived here for over 25 years.
We look forward to any additional information in regards to the housing.
