Dear SLO Planning Commissioners,
I am writing in support of the Workforce Housing project at San Luis Ranch.
I have lived in San Luis County since 2000 and I purchased my first home in 2001 in Morro Bay. After going through a
recent divorce I was forced to sell that home. As a new single parent of 2 school aged children I would like nothing more
than to continue to be able to live in San Luis County. This opportunity becomes ever more challenging each year as a
renter. I have been employed in the City of San Luis Obispo for over 5 years and my goal is to eventually own a home in
the same City where I work. I am in full support of this project and am confident in Coastal Community Builders
efforts. I encourage you to move forward to allow myself and others the opportunity that we would not otherwise have
without this project.
