Dear Planning Commissioners,
What is San Luis Obispo without our wildlife or the desire to protect our wildlife corridors? Please place
the S overlay on the entire Brescia Estate property making it a R-1-S and C/OS/20-S as part of the
citywide rezoning.
We live on Old Garden Creek and know how important it is for wildlife to access this habitat from Cerro San Luis to this
very important creek for all wildlife. We see turkey, deer, raccoons, ducks, blue heron, etc...
We were assured of this S Overlay in 2025 and now this property will conform with the General Plan and
COSE as recommended by city staff.
We need this wildlife corridor protected. Please allow it to be protected.
