Dear Planning Commission,
Please, please, please revisit and rescind your recommendation to extend Downtown zoning standards to the Upper
Monterey area ending at the railroad. As you have seen from recent opinion pieces and letters to the editor in The
Tribune, many people are dismayed at the direction things are going, especially allowing buildings up to 75 feet in
height. There needs to be an opportunity for more citizen input!
