Planning Commission Members,
We urge you to place the S Overlay on the entire Bressi Estate property (159 and 161 North Broad Street)
making it R-1-S and C/OS/20-S as part of the citywide rezoning.
This is extremely important as it will provide extra protection for a portion of San Luis Mountain located within
the city. The wildlife, habitat, wildlife corridor, seasonal streams, views, natural resources will all benefit and
help to insure wildlife to access the habitat of Old Garden Creek. Habitat preservation and connectivity is so
important, now more than ever.
