To Honorable Members of the Planning Commission,
I���a�� Ita��c��r� ""�-�v�rY�,y°`�r�� tl���s��ci�t�d '"s ecial considerations" on the entire Bressi estate
�,�.�r���nd�r���°���°".
"Protection of Open Space"was first on the Measure G ballot list of what could be funded if City
residents voted to tax themselves. Measure G passed.
Placing an "S-Overlay" and the associated list of"special considerations" on the entire Bressi estate's
"remainder parcel" implements and honors that vote of City residents.
