Subject:Please place an "S-Overlay" on the entire Bressi estate.
Planning Commissioners,
I encourage you to approve the S Overlay on the entire Bressi Estate property (159
and 161 North Broad Street) making it R-1-S and C/OS/20-S as part of the citywide
rezoning.
This will provide additional protection for an important portion of San Luis Mountain
located within the city and its wildlife, habitat, wildlife corridor, seasonal streams, views,
natural resources and allow wildlife to access the habitat of Old Garden Creek. Habitat
connectivity, as you know, is extremely important.
Residents were assured of this S Overlay in 2015 and this property will now conform
with the General Plan and COSE as recommended by city staff.
