Slow down! Seventy five feet! These pictures are of the new Hilton Hotel on Monterey Street. Notice what it has done
to the side of the motel next door. Would you want to stay in a room with this “dark view”?
Shouldn’t we live with the three new
Hotel mixed use complexes currently under construction before approving Seventy Five foot buildings on Monterey?

I walk to town from Monterey Heights at least five days most weeks. Note the hotel above has blocked the view of the
beautiful hills behind it.
