Planning Commissioners,
As neighbors of the potentially impacted property, we ask that you please place the S Overlay on the
entire Bressi Estate property (159 and 161 North Broad Street) making it R-1-S and C/OS/20-S as
part of the citywide rezoning. Residents were assured that this would happen back in 2015!
We feel that this will provide the needed protection for the wildlife, habitat, wildlife corridor, seasonal
streams, views, natural resources and allow wildlife to access the habitat of Old Garden Creek.
