Dear Planning Commissioners,
We are writing today to express our great concern over the impacts that the proposed development at 790 Foothill will
have on our neighborhood and our city. Not only will its size block critical views of the surrounding mountains
(something SLO city has fought hard to protect), it will negatively impact an already dangerous intersection and increase
parking problems.
We need to wait and see what impact the as-yet unfinished 22 Chorro and Palomar developments have on traffic,
parking, safety and character of our neighborhood before approving more enormous developments.
