To Whom it May Concern,
What is happening to San Luis Obispo and it's once renowned small town charm? Oversized housing projects are
swallowing up our neighborhoods and filling them with even more student rentals. Our already crowded streets are
being jammed with added traffic and inadequate parking because of these monstrous and high rent structures.
It is the talk of the town and it is to the dismay of San Luis Obispo residents and once charmed visitors. PLEASE do
whatever is in your power to stop this madness. The proposed project at 790 Foothill is an obvious nightmare waiting to
happen.
San Luis Obispo once was a renowned quiet town with charm, heart, and family oriented neighborhoods....not a cash
cow for developers. Our history and integrity should not be for sale. The value is priceless.
