Planning Commission of San Luis Obispo:
Thank you for your time and insight to keep San Luis Obispo alive and well. Thanks for your looking
forward to address issues like water, safety and our infrastructure to accommodate growth.
If you have a chance to drive by 22 Chorro, please do so. Imagine it occupied and think of the cars, bikes
and pedestrians exiting that property on to streets and intersections that are already
compromised. Would it not be prudent to do traffic and safety studies before giving an even bigger
project the green light?
This developer seems to know every loophole available and is taking advantage of all of them. Please be the voice of
reason and slow all this down.
