PLEASE do not allow this out of scale, 4 story building to be built! It is way too big resulting in some neighboring homes
to never see the sunshine. The traffic is horrendous already, and 22 Chorro is not even up and running. At the very
least, you should put this project on hold until a new traffic study can be made at least 6 months after 22 Chorro opens.
I was in Los Angeles on business last week, and was thinking "this is what high density brings us." Do we really want our
beautiful little town to become another congested, overbuilt LA? That looks like the direction we are heading.
Our city's future is in your hands. Please make a smart decision to defend our residential neighborhoods, and not put
extra money in a developers pockets!
