Can I have any updated plans and recent meeting meetings regarding the project? Overall, I understand it is a good infill project to meet additional housing needs. I do however have some concerns with the additional height, mass, and setbacks adjacent to 227-249 N Chorro, SLO- Villa San Luis HOA. It is my hope the City and the Developer can find a win - win project with minor modifications. Thank you for considering my feedback on the project. Feedback and Concerns: -On the property line adjacent to the neighboring property, Villa San Luis HOA at 227-249 N Chorro; consider additional setbacks considering the 4 story mass pushed against this elevation of the project. On other projects, I have also seen the mass softened with some roof-line set backs. -To have additional setbacks on N. Chorro to allow additional vegetation to soften the look of the project, I walked the neighborhoods Condo/Apartment complexes and they have significantly larger setbacks. The plans I reviewed, the building mostly went all the way to the street. Can you forward my e-mail to the Planning Commission for review.
