Good afternoon. I am once again writing to suggest that we don't build so extensively on one of our latest projects. In
particular I am speaking about the foothill project. I get that it is a good site for student housing but the density that is
being proposed is too much. We live just off Foothill and watch the traffic flow get more intense all the time. Blocking
out the mountains is always unappreciated. I would also like to see there be some set back from the street so you don't
have the buildings imposing on those passing by. I feel that our concerns keep falling flat and having little impact as
project after project is put into place and maintains size and density that seems to be diminishing our town.
Thank you for at least reading this. I hope we can reduce the size of this project and make it more of a neighborhood
"friendly" structure.
