It is not too late to make Foothill inviting to residences and others that use this highly trafficked area. I know the city has a difficult task to provide increased affordable housing as mandated by the State of California. I believe developers are taking advantage of the cities desire to provide affordable housing. The city is allowing buildings that are too large and too tall. Why not limit the size enough for renters and residences to have some green space around the building with set backs, court yards and increased landscaping to give everyone an inviting experience as they reside or travel by these buildings. These large building that have been allowed and are being proposed will forever change the Foothill area. Instead of making the area more inviting we are turning it over to developers that only care about making a profit not the everlasting beauty of a great building. Please make a decision not to allow this building as it is currently designed go forward. Thank you for your time. Victoria Wood 1
