PRIVATE SEWER LATERAL MAINTENANCE/EASEMENT AGREEMENT

The undersigned are the owners of the real property located at 1526 Garden Street (APN: 003,536,006) Legal description
as follows: See Exhibit "A", attached hereto for full legal description, of "City of San Luis Obispo Murray & Church's
Addition block 117 PTN LTS 10 and 11 in San Luis Obispo, California, 93401", and 785 Buchon Street (APN: 003,536,004)
Legal Description as follows: See Exhibit "B", attached hereto for full legal description, of "City of San Luis Obispo
Murray & Church's Addition block 117 PTN LTS 1 to 4 in San Luis Obispo, California, 93401".
Due to sewer construction practices at the time both of these residential structures were built upon aforementioned
lots, the property at 785 Buchon Street (APN/Parcel ID: 003,536,004) maintains a sewer line which runs through the
backyard and driveway areas of the 1526 Garden Street property (APN/Parcel ID: 003,536,006), and joins into one line
before connecting to the San Luis Obispo City main.
The undersigned owners of both properties voluntarily agree to enter into this contract, whereby an easement for sewer
purposes upon, over, under and across a portion of certain property commonly described as 1526 Garden Street in San
Luis Obispo, CA 93401 (APN/Parcel ID: 003,536,006), contains the legally authorized sewer line utility delineated by the
dotted line on the attached site map: See Exhibit "C", attached hereto for graphical depiction.
This easement agreement will continue until mutually and concurrently terminated by both owners of the
aforementioned real properties.
This easement agreement is intended to run with the land of these real properties at 1526 Garden Street and 785
Buchon Street in San Luis Obispo, California, 93401, and shall be binding on the heirs and assigns of the owners of said
real property.
