FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Bishop Harry
A. Clinch Endowment Fund, as OFFEROR, hereby OFFERS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a
chartered Municipal Corporation, as OFFEREE, an irrevocable easement for public street,
pedestrian and bicycle access over a portion of certain property described as follows:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto, for legal description and Exhibit B, attached
hereto, for graphical depiction.

Legal Description
That portion of Parcel 4 and Remainder Parcel of Parcel Map SLO No. 13-046 filed in
Book _8 of Parcel Maps at Pages 13 through 7C in the County Recorder's Office,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, being a strip of land 40.00 feet wide, the
centerline of which described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 27, Township 30 South, Range 12 East of Mount Diablo and Meridian; thence,
South along the west line of said Southwest quarter, South 00024'00" West, a distance of
40.00 feet to the south line of Serrano Drive; thence,
East along said south line, South 8994600" East, a distance of 571.19 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence,
Leaving said south line, South 18043'00" East, a distance of 213.33 feet.
The sidelines of said 40 foot strip of land to be extended or shortened to meet at angle
points and to terminate at the south line of Serrano Drive.
The land described contains 8,533 sq.ft. more or less and is shown graphically on Exhibit B.
