Thank you for opposing the latest version of the Anholm bikeway. I continue to believe that retrofitting SLO to
accomodate all of the bicyclist’s desires is going to be impossible, we are not ever going to be Davis. I do not agree with
the current city council who wishes to save the planet by turning SLO into a pedestrian/bicycle city. I would also like to
see a moratorium on future hotel construction until those currently under construction come online . . . the chaos
caused by all of the downtown construction is ridiculous. Do we really need all of these new hotel rooms?
I wish we had more dedicated bicyle trails like the Bob Jones but the confusion and frustration that’s being inflicted in
various neighborhoods is beyond what a reasonable government should be doing.
