my pepper tree at 1369 Sawleaf Ct. (8/27/2018 TC meeting agenda item). This letter in support of tree
removal is from the affected neighbor.

To Whom It May Concern:
We, Robert and Shelly Allis, 1389 Sawleaf Ct., are the adjacent
neighbors of Mike Sullivan/1369 Sawleaf Ct. and writing a note in support
of Mike's plan to remove the large willow/pepper tree in his back yard. We
are in favor of the removal of this tree for a few reasons:
1. It's roots are lifting the common fence between our yards.
2. It has grown so large that in a storm, we are concerned with the
possibility of the limbs falling and destroying the fence and possibly
some of our hardscape improvements that we have made to our back
yard.
3. It constantly rains down little leaves and pepper on our landscaping.
Again, we support the removal of this willow/pepper tree at 1369 Sawleaf
Ct., SLO. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
