The following items are required to be carried out by the owner of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map
SLO 16-0131 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to map recorded in Book 8I of Parcel Maps Pages q — � in
the office of the County Recorder of said County.
The requirements specified herein shall be binding on the parties hereto and their heirs,
successors and assigns.
This information is recorded simultaneously with the final or parcel map and is for informational purposes,
describing conditions as of the date of filing, and is not intended to affect record title interest pursuant to
Section 66434.2 (a) of the California Government Code (SUBDIVISION MAP ACT).
The requirements are as follows:
The owner shall install separate utilities to said parcel, including water, sewer,
gas, electricity, telephone, and cable TV. Said separate utilities shall be installed
upon development of said parcel.
