RE: Public Records Act Request
Dear Ms. Purrington:
Pursuant to my rights under the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.), I
ask to obtain a copy of the following, which I understand to be possibly held by your agency:
Any records, electronic or otherwise that may have been received or transmitted during the period of
October 1, 2018 until January 15, 2019 and involve the subject “electro scan”, “electroscan” “ASTM
2550”, “FELL Testing” or any variation thereof. As this matter relates to the City’s “2016 Sewer Lining
Project”, the contacts listed on that bid were Kathryn Stanley and Hai Nguyen, whom would more than
likely be key parties with records of this nature.
I ask for a determination on this request within 10 days of your receipt of it, and an even prompter reply if
you can make that determination without having to review the records in question.
Emailing of the electronic records is acceptable. If there is any cost, that is acceptable as well, however,
please inform me if the cost exceeds $50.
