Dear Mr. Christian:
Under the California Public Records Act § 6250 et seq., we are requesting an opportunity to inspect or
obtain copies of public records that are specific responses to the City’s Request for Proposals for an
Enterprise Resource Planning System which was issued on August 16, 2017. We seek proposals and
clarifications from Tyler Technologies and CherryRoad Technologies.
If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform us if the cost will exceed
$500.00. We do not require that records produced be in paper format and are happy to receive files in
electronic PDF format if that is possible.

we are requesting will take longer, please contact me with information about when we might expect

release the information and notify us of the appeal procedures available under the law.
