FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Toscano
Homeowner's Association, a California non-profit mutual benefit corporation, as OFFEROR,
hereby OFFERS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation and charter City, as
OFFEREE, an irrevocable easement for public pedestrian, bicycle access, and public utility purposes
upon, over, under and across a portion of certain property described as Lot 83 of Tract 2428-2 in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map filed in
Book 37 of Maps at Page 26 in the office of the County Recorder of said County. Said irrevocable
easement offer is described as follows:

hereto, for graphical depiction.

Page 26 in the office of the County Recorder of said County; more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Lot 83 Tract 2428-2;
Thence along the northeasterly line of said Lot 83 South 37' 07' 54" East 9.24 feet;
Thence leaving said northeasterly line of Lot 83 South 33° 05' 13" West 18.68 feet to the easterly line of
