NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City of
San Luis Obispo will receive bids for the “JOB ORDER
CONTRACT 2018 – TREE MAINTENANCE,
Spec. No. 1000003” at the Public Works
Administration Office located at 919 Palm Street, San
Luis Obispo, CA 93401 until, THURSDAY, MARCH
7, 2019, at 2:00 P.M., when they will be
publicly opened.
Bids received after said time will not be considered. Bids
shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked
with the project title, contractor name, address, and
specification number.
The Contractor must possess a valid Class D-49
Contractor’s License and Certification as
an ISA Certified Arborist at the time of the bid
opening. Every bid must be accompanied by a certified
check/cashier’s check or bidder’s bond for 10% of the bid
amount, payable to the City of San Luis Obispo.

packages may be obtained at the Public Works Department
for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 in person, $25.00 if
mailed. City Standard Specifications and Engineering
Standards may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of
$16.00 in person, $21.00 if mailed. Questions may be
