Project Description:
The project site is comprised of three separate land use/zoning designations with a Specific Plan overlay: Business
Park (BP -SP), Medium Density Residential (R -2 -SP), and Open Space (C/OS-SP) The application consists of: a
General Plan amendment to change the existing Land Use Designation; a map and text amendment to the AASP; a
Rezone of a portion of the site; a Conditional Use Permit for a mixed-use project in the Service Commercial zone (C-
S -SP); and a mobile home park conversion The project would accommodate 249 residential units and 17,500 square
feet of commercial space, with a portion of the site preserved for open space
This is to advise that the City of San Luis Obispo has approved the above
