8:00 am Contractor is flushing water line at Chorro & Ferinni.
9:00 am shut down for tie-in at Chorro & Santa Rosa.
Jerry exstended the shut down area to Foothill. no -one was additionaly affected .
1:00 pm water was restored contractor is starting to tie-over fire lines.
6:00 pm Contractor completed tying over 3 fire lines and is backfilling trenches.
