7:00 am Contractor is on site preping for trench repair on Boysen. 350'
I talked to James regarding TC Plan leaving one lane open for residents.
9:00 am I came back on site and contractor has the lane blocked with tact pot. I asked them to move the truck to open the lane and James Douglas had some unkind words to say to me saying
" he can't do his work without blocking the lane. I then approched James Douglas and informed him how he can continue to do his job and keep the lane open. His reply was he's not doing
that, while throwing his shovel people just need to wait because I need to keep working. I then called foreman James Y. and informed him of what has happened. We agreed the next time
I get a responce like that from James D. he will be removed from the project.
10:30 am Earth Systems is on site taking test all test passed. James Y. informed me AC plant has broken down. and AC mix wont be on site until 1:00 pm out of Santa Maria.
1:00 pm mix showed up on site Cole Trucking. I took James over to Higuera the next location to talk about TC and schedule.
