7:00 pm raining steady production is slower tonite Contractor is working on Pacific street installing 12" watermain between Archor & Carmel. installed valves through intersection of
Archor.
12:00 am contractor hit and damaged PG&E conduit and needs to inform PG&E of the fix needed. The damaged could stop work depending on depth of the new water main. contractor wants to
go under the electrical conduit which would put the line depth of 6'.
2:00 am contractor hit existing water service missed marked. I called PD who called water stand by. Ryan called me back I informed him I shut the line down and needed to make repair
to steel line. Contractor has installed about 140' up to the break time. James informed me he planed to trench until 3:00 am to start backfill operation.
3:00 am Contractor finaly was able to shut off corp stop on existing line. Contractor is staring to backfill stripped trench due to line break.
7:00 am conctractor is leaving site it rained all nite site was very muddy.
9:00 am Jake and Johno , James completed repair to water service. I also contacted PG&E regarding damaged conduit and James is waiting for a field person to inspect damage and make a
a repair.
