7:00 am Contractor is paving trench & placing concrete on Sierra Way. Jame informed me D-Kal plans to pave trenches all the way up instead of leaving AC down 2" to overlay. On that
note I will not recomend overlay in that area. Contractor will need to true up edges now over lay will not be done. Contractor is potholing and laying out on Boysen.
10:00 am Truck driver drove through the work area and damaged the trenches and made a mess of the site.
Could not test compaction today no tech. available.
