7:00 am Contractor is installing waterline today on Boysen and HWY 1.
9:00 am Marcus is on site checking sampling station due to no detail for new station.
3:00 pm Contractor damaged sewer laterat to dentist office at 225 Boysen .
Contractor requsted to work in Cal Trans right of way tomorrow but couldn't due to not on Cal Trans Traffic schedule.
I went to Cal Trans permit office and picked up City portion of double permit. I informed Cal Trans if the contractor decides to perform that work D-Kal will need to allow right and
left turns off HW1 to remain open or wait to get on traffic schedule.
4:00 pm James D-Kal decided to clean up from todays work and maybe install 60' to get passed D/W at 225 Boysen due to they only have one D/W. Contractor installed 200' of new waterline
as of 4:00 pm.
5:30 pm Got all cars out of 225 Boysen which allowed contractor to continue trenching to HWY 1.
7:00 PM CONTRACTOR HIT AND DAMAGED EXISTING UNMARKERED storm drain. contractor also hit a fiber line didn't break cable but creesed conduit. I informed contractor to inform cable owner
of damage and to inform them the line was unmarked.
10:00 pm contractor moving off site completed installing pipe to HWY 1 WITH BLOW OFF
