CALL TO ORDER: A Regular Meeting of the Jack House Committee was called to order on Wednesday,
May 9, 2018 at 5:33 p.m. in the Parks and Recreation Conference Meeting Room, located at 1341 Nipomo
Street, San Luis Obispo, California, by Vice Chair Toni Kincaid.
ROLL CALL: Vice Chair Toni Kincaid, Committee Members Chuck Crotser, Dorothy Sundbye,

3. Presentation: Staff Report to Provide an Update of the Management, Maintenance and Operational
Analysis of the Jack house Project (Setterlund – 20 Minutes)
Staff Member Setterlund: Delivered staff report regarding Management, Maintenance, and Operations Analysis.
Four foundations that will come back with deliverables.

CROSTER Question: Transcription Software? Start asking questions mid-May.
SCHWAB Question: What are the answers of the interviews being used for?
December is a bad month. Is it reasonable for us to get those things done in those months?
4. Presentation: Staff Report for Jack house 2018 Season Programming (Setterlund – 20 Minutes)
Staff Member Setterlund: Closed annually for grass maintenance and house cleaning. Tours every second Sunday
of each month. First Sunday of the year Mother’s Day concert. Facility person will be there while it is open.

KINCAID- Get people through the house, WOW Week.

What does the $200,000 go to? Painting? Foundation money going towards what getting the pictures back on
the wall?
KINCAID- Would like to know what the questions being asked are.
