Please submit legible copies of all court records and arrest/offense/incident reports, or citations/tickets to the Texas Medical Board..." Please note that per California law, I am unable to provide a list of contacts as that is considered criminal history information per California Penal Code Section 13300. 1 am also unable to provide criminal history information to you as the public is not on the list of entities that criminal history information may be released to (see Penal Code § 13300(b)(1)-(17) and § 13300(c)(1)-(12)). If you are able to provide me information about a specific incident involving Mr. Ciaraglia (such as the date, location, type of incident, charges if the incident was an arrest, etc.) I may be able to locate that specific incident and could then release a copy of the public log or a Summary Sheet for that incident that would detail all of what must be released to the public per California Government Code Section 6254(f). Please contact me if you have information regarding a specific incident.
