Dear Shawna Scott,
This is a follow unto my e-mail sent on 5/03/2019. I need to correct a misstatement in regard to Allan Cooper. Allan has
indeed been in an architectural practice in San Luis Obispo with Joe Amanzo. Even though I disagree with Allan on his
stand on the proposed project it was not my intention to impinge his professional credentials. He is a dear friend mine
and we have a long history together. He was the Director of Architecture when I was the Dean at Cal Poly and was an
outstanding teacher and I have great respect for him. Hopefully this will take the issue from a personal level to just an a
disagreement on an architectural project.
