Elevation Profiles, Rachel Court North Side
This sketch is a scaled drawing of the elevation profiles viewed from the street for the
existing houses on lots 15 and 16 and the proposed house for lot 17 on Rachel Court.
The top of the light gray shaded area indicates the level of the north property line for each
of the lots. The dashed line is the level of the street at the curb.
All of the existing houses on the north side of Rachel Court are one residential floor above
a garage; the proposed house has two residential floors above a garage. Here are the floor
areas.

This sketch shows the elevation profiles for the houses viewed from the north (Terrace Hill)
side. The top of the shaded area shows the level of the ground at the north property line
for each of the lots. A concrete interceptor Swale runs along the property line.
The elevation relative to the north property line elevation is different for each house.
