The San Luis Ranch team is prepared to work diligently and cooperatively with the City to make this project a success for the both the City and our community. The San Luis Ranch project will include up to 281 single family units, 299 multi -family units, including 26 affordable units, and 10 work -force units, as well as up to 150,000 square feet of retail improvements, a 200 -room hotel, and up to 100,000 square feet of office improvements. Additionally, as you know, the project will include up to 20,000 square feet of agricultural related improvements as part of our agricultural heritage recognition and commitment to the City of San Luis Obispo. We believe this project will serve the City of San Luis Obispo in achieving its housing goals and serve as an excellent example of smart -growth development I have attached a table reflecting generic permit milestone timing sequences to outline an overall schedule of city processing. A more specific Determinate Process Agreement will be executed with the building entity for each residential and commercial project within the San Luis Ranch Specific Plan. We look forward to working with the City and proceeding with this project.
